Syria: Collateral Damage is a visual journalism project that tracks the Syrian cultural heritage struck by the war in Syria. The investigation is based on a dataset – building by us – that collects all the monuments destroyed or damaged during the Syrian conflict, explaining at the same time the developments of the war through targeted maps and specific textual insights.
