Essem Design Product Catalog 2018

Art direction and design of the 2018 product catalog for Essem Design – a Swedish manufacturer of hallway interiors. The catalog is aimed at architects, interior architects and designers and should act as an inspirational source when designing new homes. The functional Scandinavian minimalistic layout is accompanied by high contrast type, precise photography and abstract product illustrations – all with the idea of giving an eclectic and inspiring experience. All pages are printed on a thin (70gsm) uncoated natural white paper reminiscent of drawing paper pads used by many architects.

The catalogue is a part of the communication concept Hej / Hejdå (Hello / Goodbye) which refers to the most frequently used phrases in the hallway.
