Service Development

The University of Bergen (UiB) is a research-intensive state university located in Bergen, Norway. An international research university in which all activity is grounded in the principles of academic freedom and curiosity-driven research. This film is part of a large organizational development project at UiB. The core of the UiB service development is, among other things, about enabling employees to make faster decisions, do more testing, dare to make mistakes and to be more creative and innovative in their work. UiB wanted to disprove the opinions around public processes and their descriptions being lengthy, which is not the case. Therefore, it was important to us that the story and animation felt somewhat lighthearted and carefree, complementing the story of the colleagues who solve challenges together by being creative. For us, the classical geometric shape puzzle, where you insert geometric pieces into associated openings, was the perfect visual concept and metaphor representing UiB's intention of cooperation and change.
