With its innovative e-commerce platform and extensive product range Fixami caters to DIYers as well as professionals. Being experts in the online field, Fixami has one big thing in common with its clients: craftsmanship. Its new mission Creating Better creates a simple yet strong connection with clients, while continuously raising its own online bar to help clients improve their work. We helped Fixami to set a new standard in a traditional industry by creating a completely new brand for all of Europe. From strategy and architecture to visual identity and website.
CHALLENGE
Fixami breaks traditions in the industry, making online its primary focus. With its stance on technology and e-commerce, Fixami’s new logo needed to reflect its innovative personality. All whilst strengthening the connection to its key customers - the creators, the craftsmen, the DIYers. Fusing the physical to the online world.
SOLUTION
Creating Better is at the core of Fixami’s new and rich brand identity that fully focusses on catering clients online. The Dutch word 'Timmermansoog', the so called carpenter's eye, is the base of the visual identity. The one who wields the tool, know's what he or she is doing and is owning the workspace. Resulting in a solid wordmark that contains the face and eye of the professional wielding the tools. This way the logo is both strong and friendly. And a layout system that reflects the workshop space: For every task a flexible setup.
