Immer wieder Bratella
The book 'Immer wieder Baratella' is a collection of memories and experiences that happened at the Baratella restaurant in St.Gallen. It tells stories about the people, encounters, dishes and art that have characterized Baratella since 1905. Ordering the same homemade pasta over and over again from the oversized menu, enjoying the best Italian wine, discussing art, God and the world with friends and strangers alike late into the night ... all this and much more happens at the Italian restaurant Baratella in St.Gallen. For decades, the restaurant run by Franco Marchesoni and his family has been a meeting place for society, art and politics, where ideas are forged, parties are celebrated and memories are made. TGG drew inspiration for the concept and book design from the many unique guest books; the cover refers to the restaurant sign designed by Rudi Tachezy.
