Unlike almost all sparkling wine producers who add industrial sugars and yeasts for secondary fermentation, Piquentum produces its own, from grape must. To prove this, the brand created the first label ever made by the wine itself: from sediment! Distributed in restaurants where experts tell its story, this living label develops noble mold as it evolves, becoming physical evidence of zero compromises.
