Poster for Kebabaluba
A launch poster for Kebabaluba, a new kebab concept in Trondheim, created to establish a bold personality and instant recognisability in the urban landscape. The task was to design a poster that works both as advertising and as a character-defining brand statement.
The concept takes the anonymous kebab receipt and scales it up into the main graphic motif. Receipt typography, lines and structures form the foundation, while hand-drawn elements interrupt the rigid system with spontaneous markings and playful commentary. A raw, immediate and slightly irreverent poster, mirroring the tone of the place itself. Produced with simple colours and unpolished print surfaces, the poster is cost-efficient, highly recognisable and infused with humour. The kind that feels as direct and unfiltered as a late-night kebab order?!
